warranty & refund


Generally all our products are branded and are made of high quality materials. Any claims on warranty arising will be treated as per standard warranty which applies to that product. The products purchased through us can be claimed either directly through our website or can be brought to our stores directly for a service. 

Warranty product will be null and void if:

  •  The product is damaged physically
  •  The product is repaired, maintained, modified, and disassembled

Warranty limitation:

  • Warranty of product is limited to manufacturing defect
  • Warranty of product doesn’t cover other accessories such as straps, handles, casings, covers, caps, treads, etc. which helps the products' fixing, positioning, handling, etc.
  • The warranty doesn’t cover replacement of product
  • Warranty doesn’t cover damages caused due to natural disasters, God's acts and force majeure acts.



We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product and incomplete package subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition and packaging. Products damaged during transit needs to reported by customer immediately at the time of delivery. 

ALDAHIYA provides easy replacement or refund to customer in case of products that are defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, damaged during transit and incomplete package. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation. Refunds will NOT applicable if any coupon/discount/special offer was part of the order.  Shipping or any additional charges are non-refundable. 

Refund of products is initiated after approval by ALDAHIYA and completion of inspection process. ALDAHIYA has right to accept/reject the refund request based on inspection of product.

Refund within: 14-15 business days based on bank policy
Replacement within: 7-10 business days based on availability of product
